End of tenancy cleaning in Croydon
Priced by property size before we start, cleaned to the spec the inventory clerk checks against.
No deposit to hold a slot. If a permit or a booked service lift is needed we tell you the cost on the phone, not on the day.
Rather talk? Ring 07418 354434, seven days.
Four steps, and the number does not move
We ask the size of the property, the check-out date and whether you want carpets or the oven. That is enough to price it. If the street needs a permit we say so on the call and it goes in the quoted number.
Tell us the size
On the phone or in the form. Studio to four bedrooms, plus the add-ons you actually need.
We hold the slot
No deposit taken. Tell us if the block needs a booked service lift or the street needs a permit.
We clean to the spec
Kitchen first, limescale with acid descaler rather than degreaser, floors last on the way out.
Then the check-out
If the clerk marks down something we cleaned, ring us within 48 hours and we come back.
One fixed price by property size
Agreed on the phone and not changed on the doorstep. The price includes the kitchen, the bathroom and the limescale, not just a wipe round.

The 48 hour re-clean
If the clerk marks down something we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and put that item right without charge. That is easier for everyone than an argument about a deposit.
What we will not promise is the deposit itself. The clerk also checks the garden, the lightbulbs, the wear on the carpet and whether the bins were emptied, and none of that is cleaning.
Four jobs, priced the same way
For move-out work the borough is three different jobs
What changes the clean here is the housing stock, the licensing regime and the water.
Three kinds of job
Converted Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Addiscombe, Thornton Heath, Selhurst and South Croydon, usually two or three flats per house. Interwar three-bedroom semis in Shirley, Waddon and Sanderstead, typically family lets with a full carpet run. And the centre's high-rise stock, where flats are compact, open-plan and finished in laminate with a single integrated oven.
The water is hard
The chalk-fed supply means limescale on shower screens, taps, kettle elements and the inside of oven doors is the single most common check-out deduction here, and it needs acid descaler rather than degreaser.
Access is booked, not assumed
Central tower blocks restrict contractor access to booked service-lift slots in weekday hours, so a Saturday check-out in Saffron Square or a converted office block has to be arranged with the concierge days ahead. Around the stations the permit zones run 09:00 to 17:00.
Month end is the rush
The last two days of any month are the busiest in this trade, because that is when tenancies end. Midweek, next day is often possible. We hold the slot without taking a deposit.
We work across Croydon and the streets around it
Straight answers, including the no
If your question is not here, ring and ask. We would rather say no on the phone than on the day.
We will not promise that, and no cleaner honestly can. The clerk also checks the garden, the lightbulbs, the wear on the carpet and whether the bins were emptied, and none of that is cleaning. What we will do is the check-out spec properly. If the clerk marks down something we cleaned, ring within 48 hours and we come back and put that item right at no charge.
£243, fixed before we start and not revised on the day. Carpets and the oven are add-ons, so two bedrooms with the living room carpet and a single oven comes to £363. Anything on top, a parking permit for instance, is quoted before we start and never added afterwards.
A few days is comfortable and next day is often possible, particularly midweek. The last two days of any month are the busiest in this trade, because that is when tenancies end. We hold the slot without taking a deposit.
We can, but the result is worse and we would rather tell you now. Cupboards full of boxes cannot be cleaned inside, and a clerk opens every one of them. Book the clean for after the van has gone.
