Privacy policy

This explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us about cleaning work.

The information we collect

Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. Nothing more is collected.

What it is used for

To quote for the work, to arrange the clean, and to contact you about that booking. Our lawful basis is that this is needed to take the steps you asked for before a contract, and after that our legitimate interest in carrying out the work.

Retention

Enquiry details that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute.

Who has access

The office and the cleaners assigned to your job. We never sell your information or share it with marketing companies. The website is hosted by a third-party provider, and form submissions are passed securely to our booking system.
